What to include

| Thread | Size, pitch, length, thread type (coarse, fine, UNC/UNF…) and class of fit |
| Material and grade | e.g. alloy steel 10.9, 304 A2-70, titanium Grade 5 |
| Finish | Type, color and corrosion requirement (salt-spray hours) |
| Quantities | Prototypes, first lot and expected annual volume |
| Inspection and documents | Thread gauges, dimensions, hardness, mill certificates, RoHS |
| Packing | Bag counts, labels, carton specification |
| Delivery | Target date and destination |
Mark anything undecided as "TBD" and we will propose options.
NDA
If your drawings require a non-disclosure agreement, email us before sending them. Sending files does not by itself mean an NDA is in place.
